Welcome to Starfish Brasserie! We are located at the southeast corner of West Broad and Guetter Streets in Bethlehem, PA. At Starfish, every dish is crafted from the freshest sustainable seafood and local organic ingredients. Notable entrees include Idaho Trout, Banana Leaf Wrapped Brazilian Pintado, Bay Scallops, Mahi Mahi and Black Angus Strip Steak. Desserts are all made in house, featuring a large variety of ice creams and sorbets. The bar is considered the focal point of the Restaurant, canopied with a cutting edge, open acoustic ceiling. The StarBar offers a fun and sophisticated new lounge featuring exotic cocktails, and ambitious beer list of a full tapas menu to enjoy in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Dinner hours at Starfish Brasserie are Monday-Thursday 5:00pm – 9:30pm; Friday and Saturday 5:00pm – 10:00pm; and Sunday 5:00pm – 8:30pm. Starfish Brasserie can accommodate groups for luncheons and dinners with prior arrangements.
